Usually, these reward cards are provided by the bank subsidiary companies not by the parent bank itself. If any subsidiary bank fails then all this responsibility is upon parent bank or the other bank which take over the parent bank. So, all it depends upon the bank that what will it do about the rewards points or any other offers given to u.
