<<"Retrofits" are intended for attachment to/modification of an existing hood/fixture. I expect you'll have to "DIY" a hood/fixture for your 30 gallon tank to utilize the retrofit and keep the MH lamps at a suitable distance above the water>> I’ll skip the anemone and cardinals.
