You must apply within three years of graduation to be eligible for the CHSP credential. NOHS is offering a special phase-in period for those who graduated from CSHSE-accredited programs before December 31, 2003. If that includes you, you MUST apply before December 31, 2006, to receive your credential based on the criteria of Phase 1.
