I graduated in 1999, have worked in the regeneration sector for six years and have lots of experience that would be valuable to Homes and Communities Agency. Can I still apply?

No, not for the Graduate Development Programme. It does not matter how long ago you graduated but one of the aims of the programme is to increase the number of skilled people working in the regeneration sector. Therefore, we cannot accept applications from people already working in the sector i.e. those with more than six months paid experience, as it does not help us to meet this aim. There are other routes into agency for experienced regeneration professionals.
