I got the shipment but a few boxes were not having any device inside. What can be the problem in such case?
Our packing and shipping process consists of three levels and we ensure that each box properly contains its device inside before the shipment is handed over to the shipping company. However our experience says that usually customs people at our end or at your end takes a few units out of the boxes and then dont put them back in the related boxes. But such cases are very rare, might be in one or two out of hundred shipments.
