It is a con and you would be foolish to pay anything to them. You must be naive to think a large company would offer you a job in these circumstances and even more so to believe the salary and work permit areas. Get the emails you have and sent them on to the police who have a site for this. Your credit card company may also refuse to pay out on this obvious scam.
