I got cut at a nail salon! What are my chances of getting something?

Okay, I went to a salon the other day. Everything seemed clean, and I’ve gone there numerous times to have my hair cut. Anyway, the lady cut a couple of my toes using a buffer. Are my chances really high of contracting some sort of freaky disease or infection? I asked her about it, and she said that she soaks all of her drills and things in acetone, but you can never be too sure. Any help is appreciated!
