If this happens to you. CALL THE OWNER OF THAT COMPANY AND COMPLAIN. This does not necessarily mean this is not your pet. What this means is that the crematory was not left on for a long enough time to finish the cremation process and the company processed the cremation and returned the pet to the owner, instead of finishing the cremation process. This is a money saving trick and it is very unprofessional. Personally, I would complain to the owner of the company and have them cremate the pet again. Below is a picture I took of another company’s cremation process, this customer had a concern about the cremains of his pet.
