I got an HTTP error when trying to access LEONARDO HIP. What does it mean?
An HTTP error may signify that the page you requested does not exist (404) or it is in a restricted location (403). Please check your browser settings (see the question on recommended web browsers) and ensure that you have typed the address correctly. You may also see an error if the server is rebooting (500) or it is temporarily busy (503). Please check to make sure the catalog is not down for maintenance (see the question on when HIP may be accessed). If HTTP errors persist, and the catalog is not down for maintenance or upgrade, please contact LEONARDO Support (the Linda Hall Library Systems Office, at 816-363-4600 or 800-662-1545) with details including the date and time of your attempt.
