To see and change your IP filter settings, you can run ‘Radmin server setup’ from the Start menu on the server side. If you get the message “Can’t connect to server” you can turn on the log file to know the reason. Maybe RServer doesn’t start. Be sure that you have the same versions installed on both sides of the connection. Also, the problem can be caused by some software that’s incompatible with Radmin. Another possible cause is network problems so be sure you can ping the remote PC.
