• If you get this message when trying to register then the chances are that you are actually registered. To test this you can simply type in your email address and password into the login. If FilterSpam lets you log in then you are registered and all you need to do is change your setting in your email program. To do this you need to change: • Incoming Mail Server: mailhost.filterspam.com (more) • Login Name: to your email address (more) • Once this is done you can use your email as before but without any spam! If you want to see what has been blocked by FilterSpam then simply log into our website. We keep blocked spam for 7 days. In the case of children this is only visible by the parent.
