I got an error message that says something about losing the scanning license when I tried to scan after a long weekend. How do I get rid of that?
See section 2.9 Uploading Images. If you don’t scan within 3 days, you lose your license. You can receive a new one by clicking “synchronize now” in the RSA. Also, if you power off your PC while the scan PC is synchronizing, you can corrupt the software license. In that case, you have to click Contact Us to notify DHS to delete the corrupted license and issue a new one.
