I got an error message saying “Could Not Connect to LASSO Server” What does that mean?
Usually this means that the internet connection was lost for some reason. To start the recognition process again, simply verify your internet connection is up and running, close the application and re-start it. When the application re-opens, it will verify the connection and automatically start identifying your music files where it lost the connection. ยป Back to top For some reason, the application stopped in the middle of identifying my music files and I can’t kickstart it again. HELP! Usually by closing the application and re-opening it, that will trigger the application to pick up where it left off. We have seen a couple of occasions where the application won’t start back up no matter how hard we cajole it. In that case what often works is to delete one unidentified song from the LASSO Fingerprint Recognition screen (select a file from the list and press the “Delete” key on the keyboard).
