Unfortunately we cannot assist you in getting your citation dismissed. Every State has a different Motor Vehicle Code that determines whether an exhaust is legal or not. We suggest that you research the section of the Motor Vehicle Code that you were cited for. Most Highway Patrol or Deparment of Motor Vehicle offices will provide you with a copy. In a worst-case scenario, you may need to re-install your original factory system to have your citation dismissed. As a result, we recommend that you hold onto your original factory exhaust system.
