Councillor Fletcher’s office cannot use political pressure in the appeal of tickets. You can also call a customer service representative at Parking Enforcement at 416 808-6600. If you mistakenly received a ticket, you can visit the City’s Parking Tag office at Metro Hall, 3rd Floor, 55 John Street, where tickets can also be paid.
