Neither The City of Mishawaka nor the Mishawaka Utilities Division sent out a Water Line Insurance pamphlet; nor, do we promote water line insurance. We have found that many customers have recently received a one-page pamphlet in the mail regarding water line insurance. Any agreement that you sign is independent from the City of Mishawaka and Utilities Division, and therefore will be between you and the company offering the insurance.
