I got a new phone, or had to reinstall SoundHound. How can I get back my bookmarks and/or history?
Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to export, transfer, or retain your history/bookmarks after getting a new phone, reinstalling the app, or a completing a factory reset, though that is certainly something we’re looking to implement in the near future. In the meantime, what you can do if you ever have to reinstall the app again is add items from your history to your bookmarks, then from there, tap the envelope “Share” button and email yourself the list of songs. This way, you don’t lose the names of artists and songs that you’ve found and enjoyed.
