1. Delete the eBook from your device. 2. Delete the eBook from your computer. 3. Login to the Mobipocket Device Manager. 4. Find your PID. (See above for help). 5. Type the correct PID into the Mobipocket Device Manager and click Submit. 6. Re-download your eBook from the View Orders area.

You are getting this error message because the PID of your device does not match the one that is registered in your Mobipocket user account. If you purchased your eBooks on Mobipocket.com, you can update your PID(s) on-line in your Mobipocket account.
