I get the error Subscription failed! Subscription id already in use, what do I do?

• When you start Cricinfo Genie it checks the validity of your subscription and if its invalid, you are prompted to enter the Subscription id. The Subscription id you enter is already used before by you, you get this message. Please note, you can register with the a Subscription id ONLY ONCE.
