I get the “Error Code 2869” when I try to install Chilibase on Windows Vista. What should I do?
First possibility is: Your Outlook is still open or still running in the system tray. Please assure that Outlook is closed, check that in your task manager. Second possibility: Please reinstall Chilibase! In most cases two installations of Chilibase would fix this “Error Code 2869”. Another solution could be: Create a batch file with the following command: msiexec.exe /i chilibase.msi /L* log.txt Save the file then right-click it and select “Run as Administrator”. That makes it work.
