Truphone is brilliant for sending SMS messages from abroad. Our flat SMS rate of 10p/20c per text applies worldwide. Even if you currently get 100s of free text messages in your monthly bundle, you probably pay loads to send texts abroad. Some network operators can charge a high rate for sending SMS to and from foreign countries – we charge just 10p/20c. Sending texts to other connected Truphone users is always free. If someone sends an SMS to your Truphone number when you’re not connected you will still receive it. We forward all such texts to your normal mobile number for free.
