I get EverythingCrossStitch emails and newsletters, but I can sign in to make a purchase. Why not?

When you sign up for the Needle Notes newsletter, your email address gets added to our mailing list database, but it doesn’t automatically get added to our customer database. When you make your first purchase, you will still need to set up your account and password.
