This error message appears to happen when certain security settings have either been changed incorrectly or corrupted. Please perform the following steps to resolve the problem: 1. Please go to Options\Security Options\Application Permissions\on your BlackBerry. 2. Highlight VR+ and select Edit Permissions from the menu. 3. Configure the Security Permissions to “Allow” for all categories. 4. Save the changes. Next please perform a battery pull, open VR+ and try to connect.
