I get error message “Connection problem. Check your connection settings and try again”. I get error message “System error = -34” First of all in Mobiscope Client please go to Setup – Connection type and try to change connection type selecting HTTP or TCP/IP. Reboot your device and try to connect again. If this method doesn’t work, you need to configure your phone to use GPRS Internet APN. Most carriers have an Internet APN available and may charge an additional fee to use it. Contact your carrier and check if you are able to use their APN. If you are already using the APN, check with your carrier that your Internet APN settings are correct. Don’t forget to reboot your phone after new settings.

For that Start Mobiscope, select “Setup” – “Connection” – “Start Autoconfig” from the menu. Then restart Mobiscope and try to connect again. If this does not help, we would recommend you to enable TCP/IP on your BlackBerry. You can see a list of known settings here or ask your wireless carrier. Don’t forget to run autoconfigurator again after you adjust the APN settings. If you still have any problems, in Mobiscope Blackberry application please go to “Support” and fill the support form.
