I get an error when I try to launch the PhotoJam 4 installer I downloaded. What causes this?
Many America Online users report frequent difficulty downloading our installers through the AOL browser. CompuServe users have also reported the same kind of error when downloading our installers through the CompuServe 2000 browser. You may see a file-corruption error, with a message like “I/O error”, “invalid package size”, or “this is not a valid Win32 application.” Please try downloading the installer again, using a different browser. We recommend Internet Explorer or Netscape. This error can also be caused by the use of download accelerator software when downloading the installer from Shockwave. If you use a download accelerator or download manager, such as NetZip, Go!Zilla, or GetRight, please disable it and redownload the PhotoJam 4 installer. It is also important to disable your download manager when running the PhotoJam 4 installer.
