This is because the new Thawte Signing Certificate (i.e. security clearance) included in the new IntelliGolf software does not match the old Thawte Signing Certificate included in the older IntelliGolf software. The easiest way to fix this is to “uninstall” the older IntelliGolf software from your smartphone and then install the new IntelliGolf software. Before doing this we would suggest synchronizing the IntelliGolf smartphone software to the IntelliGolf desktop software (i.e. assuming you purchased the Birdie or Eagle edition software). Synchronization does not apply to the Eagle Value/OTA edition software. To uninstall the IntelliGolf software on a touch screen-based smartphone (generally) press on Setttings, then Application Manager, then Installed Apps, then skim down to the IntelliGolf listing. Press and hold on the IntelliGolf listing until Unistall appears. Press on Uninstall. Then, press on Back. Press on Installation Files and locate the IntelliGolf.jar file. Press and hold
