It sounds like SPAMfighter can’t be extracted in your temp directory please try this: * Restart your computer * Go to: Start -> Run * Type %TEMP% and click on “OK” * Delete all the files in the folder by pressing CTRL and ALT at the same time and afterwards pressing DEL.
