It has been noticed that latest versions of eFax or j2 Messenger may affect IDrive application. If you have installed the latest version of eFax or j2 Messenger in your system, then please follow the steps below in order to continue working with IDrive application. Start -> Programs-> eFax/j2 Messenger-> Messenger Tools-> Live Menu Settings, From Live Menu options choose ‘Hide All’. Press ‘OK’ and reboot the system to make the changes effective. After successful restart of your system, you can continue using IDrive Application.
