You might get this error if you are using an external SMTP Server. Even if you are using your local ISP’s SMTP Server, you should check your POP3 account using any one of your default e-mail client application like Outlook Express etc Once your IP is recognized by your ISP, it allows further mailing from this IP. This is the normal authorization procedure. Some SMTP servers do not need authorization at all.
