I gave the obligee money last month for school clothes. Shouldnt that count against my support?
No. The court order requires you to pay your support obligation through the Office of Child Support Enforcement(OCSE). Any payments you make to the obligee directly or payments you make to someone else on the obligee/childs behalf are gifts. These gifts do not count against your support but are in addition to the support you owe under the courts order. • Can I talk to an agent?
