Add a shortcut to your desktop, which will look like this (except the background color or image will be whatever is on your desktop in that spot): For more information on this topic, and for more locations in which you can put quick links, see www.make-a-favicon.com. Once you have that desktop shortcut or other quick link, when you want to send a message, just click on that instead of opening up your e-mail program or web-based e-mail site.
