I frequently travel internationally. If I choose Option III, the Allowance Plan, will I be reimbursed for any calls made from my MCD while in a foreign country?

Per the State Budget Manual, an employee receiving a MCD allowance may not be reimbursed for business or personal calls allowable during travel status.
