Pre-applications are required for all CDMRP award mechanisms. The pre-application process must be completed through the CDMRP eReceipt System by the pre-application deadline specified for the award mechanism. Proposals submitted through grants.gov will be deemed non-compliant if the pre-application is not completed by the deadline.
