I forgot to start my online shopping through KCRewards and I made a purchase with a participating retailer. Can I get KC Rewards Points for my purchase?

No, unfortunately you will not be able to earn points for online purchases made at participating retailers for which you did not begin your shopping by signing in to your KC Rewards account and navigating to the retailer from KC Rewards. You may, however, return or cancel your purchase and make it through KC Rewards to earn points.
