I forgot to show my card last time I stayed at a Citéa residence. How can I collect my points?
We recommend that you keep the receipts from all your stays. That way, we can credit your account with your stays and corresponding points afterwards in case you forget your card. After your stay, you have up to 3 months to contact our Customer Service department (via the “Contact us” section on this Web site) and submit the relevant receipts (the invoice for your stay, along with your card number, last name, first name and complete postal address) by e-mail or postal mail. Alternatively, if you plan on returning to the same residence, you can show your previous receipt at the reception desk and our staff there will take care of updating your account.
