I forgot to return my rental items the following day after the function. I remembered two days later, what happens now?
If we are expecting you to return your rented items on a certain day and time, and you do not show up nor call us, you will be billed either $100 per day or the full cost of the invoice, (whichever is greater) for every day that the rented items are not returned. Our reason for charging this fee is we may have had another function booked during that time for a different customer who was expecting the rented items that you did not return, and we may have had to cancel with them.
