I forgot to insert my registry card with my wedding invitations.?

Wonderful! I am so glad you did not include registry info in the invites! I am proud of you. Now . . . you can include the info in shower invitations, by giving some of those registry cards to your shower hostesses. And mom and bridesmaids can help you spread registry info by word of mouth. If someone asks what you need, they can respond: “She is registered at XXXX Store.” Way to go, Lil’ Mo!

Good. The “we are registered at Target” cards should NOT be included in the invitation in the first place! Toss them in the garbage. Your guests have a brain. Most guests can figure out where couples are registered. Everything is a few keystrokes away. When I am invited to a wedding, I look up online to see if the couple is registered at the local stores (Target, Kohls, Bed, Bath & Beyond, etc.) It’s really very easy. NO need to tell or inform the guests at all!

Thank God! I HATE when people put the “Registered at…” in the invites… it’s so TACKY. Leave them out. If someone asks, tell them where you are registered. Otherwise it’s so presumptuous to tell there were to get a wedding gift.

your guardian angel was looking out for you,to have mailed those with the invitations would have been such bad manners, now do the right thing and throw them out.!!! Bridal registry areso tacky anyway, what nerve to ask someone to come to your wedding then tell them what to bring you,how insulting, thankfully the brides in my family have had more class.I usually give cash, and I’m known to be very generous.Your wedding is not like a letter to Santa!
