I forgot to have my BoyneRewards card swiped. How do I get credit for my points?
The only way to guarantee that you receive the correct points for your purchase is to show your card at the time of the transaction. Should that not happen, you can submit a receipt online by entering the TRX id number that appears on the receipt. Please only enter a receipt once. You will need your account number, user name and password to do this. In the cases of hotel charges, you will need to fax your folio (remember to include your name, and BoyneRewards account number on all correspondence) to 248.338.3183. Please allow one week for points to appear.
