I forgot to export my contacts / calendar events before moving to Torero Mail — can I retrieve this information?

Once an account has been moved to Torero Mail, the old contacts and calendar events are inaccessible, and are not automatically moved. We ask that all users manually export their important contacts and calendar events before moving over to Torero Mail.
