I forgot my user ID or password for the HomeConnection. Can I get a reminder?
Yes; in HomeConnection, go to the login page and click on “Forgot my Password” or “Forgot my Login Name.” Then enter your login name or password and email address. Once your login or password and valid email address have been verified, you will receive an email containing your login or a temporary password.
