I forgot my password and can login to either voice mail or the TeloPortal. How do I reset my password?

Your administrator can change your password for you. Your password functions are listed within your profile. Your administrator can change your TeloPortal and voice portal passwords. Choose which password you want to update either Web or voice and enter the new password. You must select apply to save your new password. If you are updating both passwords, you must select apply after updating each password to save your change(s).
