I forgot my password and am trying to login using another PC at a different location. Why doesnt the forgotten password feature work?

Our system watches your PCs IP address for security purposes. In order to use the forgotten password feature you must use a PC from which you have previously logged in from. If your PCs IP address has changed then you will need to contact Member Services at 800-649-0193.
