I forgot my new AARP hard card when checking out at one of the participating providers. Can I simply just give them my name and zip code & they can locate me?
Unfortunately Walgreens cannot locate you in their system. Please hold onto your receipt and when you are home simply call customer service at 1-800-516-2251. They will ask for the RFN number located at the top of your receipt. This number will allow customer service to apply the correct reward to your account. It may take up to 48 hours for your account to be updated.
