I forgot my MyChart ID. How do I get a new one?
The phone number has changed for MyChart support. The new phone number is 1-855-551-6555. You can also visit https://www.allinahealth.org/ahs/mychart.nsf/page/mychart, for more information.
Your MyChart ID is permanent and cannot be changed. If you forget your MyChart ID, please call the Allina Contact Center at 1-888-4ALLINA. You will be given a new access code to sign in to MyChart. Once you have entered your access code, social security number and date of birth, your original MyChart ID will automatically appear. You will then be asked to select a new password.
