If you do not have a valid e-mail address listed, the confirmation will be mailed to the address of the taxpayer associated with your profile. A My Tax Account confirmation e-mail is sent after you complete your “Customer Access Request” registration to notify you that your customer profile account has been completed. You may log back into My Tax Account to access your business tax accounts immediately after your registration has been completed. Receipt of the confirmation e-mail is not required to log back into My Tax Account to access your account.
