I find it easy enough to stick to the Celebrity Slim Programme throughout the week, but the weekends are hard. Is this okay?
You will obviously get better results if you stick to the programme on weekends but if you can’t, you can still lose weight if you are careful what you eat. You want to try and avoid or really have small serves of starchy and sugary foods like bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, pizza, cakes, biscuits, chocolate, lollies, etc. Try to stick to lean meats, non starchy vegetables and fruit.
