I filtered the results, and all the releases have just 3 or 4 ratings. Whats the point?

If you filter the results too narrowly, you might see a chart which is based on the ratings of only a few people. In this case, the results are probably not meaningful, but we show them anyway, because they can still be useful and/or interesting.
