I filled out the Coaches Aid page, but never completed the PayPal payment. How do I purchase and activate that username now?

Just click on the “Renew Subscription to Coaches Aid” link inside the Member Services section. That link takes you to a login page where you enter in the username / password you selected when filling out the Coaches Aid info sheet. Click “login” and you will be taken to the purchase page on the secure PayPal website.
