I filed a complaint a day ago, a week ago or a month ago, and nothings happened. What is going on?
After we perform our inspection, we notify the owners of the violations and the corrections required. We are required by the Code to allow the owners 30 days to comply. If the owner does not comply then we take them to court, this is a four to eight week process. So rest assured we are working on the problem, but it will take time.
