If this appears to be a malfunction, contact Customer Service at 591-6000 for repairs. Otherwise, contact Roy Jones at 352-3737 or at 352-6229 of the Division of Traffic Engineering. Traffic Engineering will initiate an investigation of the intersection’s operation to determine if a left turn arrow is needed or, if one exists, if its time should be increased.
